1. General Information
Rapid Fix Auto provides mobile automotive services including tyre fitting, battery replacement, general car servicing, emergency callouts, and accessory installation in and around London. These terms apply to all services offered both online and offline.
2. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments can be made via phone, website, email, or in-person. Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. Same-day and emergency services are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Customers must provide accurate vehicle details, tyre size, location, and contact information to avoid service delays.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a £20 cancellation charge. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a no-show fee or service refusal for future bookings.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to VAT where applicable. Payment is due upon service completion via cash, card, or online transfer. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected. Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
5. Service Warranty
Tyres and batteries supplied by Rapid Fix Auto are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Workmanship on fittings, installations, and repairs is covered by a 30-day service warranty. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, or third-party interference.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe access to the vehicle and a legal parking space for mobile service. We may refuse service if the area is unsafe or the vehicle is in an unsuitable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to check wheel locks, tyre sizes, and other details before booking.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
While we take all reasonable care during service, Rapid Fix Auto shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, third-party suppliers, or customer misinformation.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and store customer data in line with GDPR regulations. Personal data will only be used to process bookings, send updates, or improve customer experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
9. Modifications to Terms
Rapid Fix Auto reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
